1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the peptide-dosage-calculator.com website and the PeptideMaxxers iOS application (collectively, the "Services"), published by PeptideMaxxers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

PeptideMaxxers provides research reference and protocol logging tools. The Services include:

• Website: a free reconstitution calculator that performs concentration math (mg/mL conversions) and U-100 syringe draw unit calculations, plus reference content covering compound dosing protocols, half-lives, side effects, and related research.
• iOS App: (a) a compound reference library with published scientific data and citations; (b) a reconstitution calculator; (c) protocol logging so users can record their own self-determined protocols; (d) adherence tracking and streak monitoring; and (e) optional Apple HealthKit integration for reading body composition data.

The Services are reference and organizational tools. They do not calculate, recommend, or prescribe dosages. Users input their own protocol data. The reconstitution calculator computes concentration from user-supplied vial and diluent values — it does not suggest how much of any compound to use.

3. Not medical advice

THE SERVICES ARE FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing on the website or in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The compound library presents data from published peer-reviewed literature and is not a recommendation to use any compound. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any health protocol. Do not rely on the Services for any clinical decision-making.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. Subscriptions and payments (iOS App only)

The iOS App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• PeptideMaxxers Pro Monthly — billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• PeptideMaxxers Pro Annual — billed annually, includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The peptide-dosage-calculator.com website is free to use and does not require a subscription.

6. Apple HealthKit data (iOS App only)

The App may request access to Apple HealthKit to read body composition metrics (body mass, height, body fat percentage) for the sole purpose of displaying personalized context within the App (e.g., BMI calculations). HealthKit data is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal HealthKit store. We do not transmit, collect, store, or share any HealthKit data on any server. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. You may revoke HealthKit access at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

7. Data storage and privacy

All protocol logs, compound data, dose history, and user preferences (iOS App) are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Website calculator inputs remain in your browser session. We do not operate user-account servers and do not have access to your logged data. If you use Sign in with Apple, your Apple ID credential is used solely for authentication and RevenueCat subscription identification. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code, user interface, compound library data, content, and documentation, are owned by PeptideMaxxers LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

9. Assumption of risk and disclaimer of warranties

You acknowledge that the use of any compound or protocol is entirely at your own risk. The Services provide reference information derived from published literature — they do not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use of any specific compound. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDEMAXXERS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) ANY COMPOUND USE OR PROTOCOL DECISIONS YOU MAKE; (B) RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THE SERVICES; (C) ERRORS IN RECONSTITUTION CALCULATIONS DUE TO INCORRECT USER INPUTS; OR (D) LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideMaxxers LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any compound use, dosing, or protocol decisions you make; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas. YOU AND PEPTIDEMAXXERS LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@peptidemaxxers.com within 30 days of first using the Services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
